Ordering Procedure

If you want to order Solid State CW Paddle, please send e-mail to 9a5n@9a5n.eu

In the e-mail you should specify:

Paddle model single/twin, standard/custom, black/stainless/brass base
Finger piece material (wood/acrylic) and shape (acrylic standard/low profile)
Delivery address full shipping address with postal code
Shipping preference preferred shipping to countries outside Europe (Post/FedEx)

I will respond with an official offer.

Prices

The prices on this website are informative and can be changed without notice.

Shipping

The shipping with the Post - price is in the range of 20 - 35 euro, depending on shipping country.

Shipping to EU countries takes around 5 days.
Shipping to the rest of the world takes around 2-4 weeks.
To countries outside Europe, I prefer shipping with FedEx. It is much faster, 5 - 6 days.
FedEx for US costs 70 euro.

Delivery

Standard models – next working days after payment has been done
Custom models – will be mentioned in the offer
If some paddle model is currently out of stock, waiting time will be mentioned in the offer and I will put you on the waiting list.

Payment

In the moment, I can accept following methods of payment:

Bank transfer - EU countries
VISA, Master Card - the rest of the world

Important: PayPal is no longer accepted!

Payment instructions will be mentioned in the offer.
If you are on the waiting list, you will make payment when paddle will be ready for delivery.

Money Back Warranty

In case you are not satisfied with the product or product has malfunctions, you have 15 days money back warranty period counting from the date of the product reception.
